MINDFULNESS is about being fully awake in our lives. It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment. We feel more alive. We also gain immediate access to our own powerful inner resources for coping effectively with stress.
 
 
 

Mindfulness is the ability to focus attention and to live in the present moment rather than being past, future or fantasy-oriented. During the 8 - week program, you will learn simple skills that will bring you back to the present moment and help you stay there. The program grounds you in the here and now to strengthen your ability to see events with a new sense of clarity and relaxed alertness. This new perspective yields extensive positive effects on your mind, body, emotions, relationships and performance. Through simple practice, you will learn how to help yourself cope effectively with daily distress and take charge of your life in an exciting new way.
